1. Scope
These terms apply to the FIPLOS website, user accounts and features.
2. User Account
Registration information must be accurate. Access credentials must be kept confidential. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
FIPLOS must not be used for unlawful purposes, attacks, or to impair other users and systems.
3. Content and Rights of Use
Users retain their rights to content they provide. They grant FIPLOS permission to store, process, search, analyze and output that content within their account as technically necessary.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they may lawfully use the content and for respecting third-party rights.
4. AI Outputs
AI outputs may be incomplete or erroneous and must be verified against the source documents for important decisions.
FIPLOS does not replace individual legal, tax, medical, financial or other professional advice.
5. Availability and Changes
A continuous or error-free operation at all times cannot be guaranteed. Features may be adjusted for technical, legal or security reasons.
6. Fees and Termination
The scope of services, usage limits and prices are determined by the chosen plan. Costs are shown before placing an order.
Users may terminate their account. In the event of material breaches, security threats or unlawful use, access may be suspended or terminated.
7. Liability
Statutory rules on liability apply. Mandatory claims and compulsory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The user is responsible for decisions based solely on unverified AI outputs.
8. Applicable Law
The law of the Republic of Latvia applies. Mandatory consumer protection regulations at a consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected.
